I wonder how much this is tied to the way we connect ABRP to our Tesla account. Since I'm no longer able to provide tokens for connecting to the Tesla account (see [1]), I had to switch back to the regular Tesla connection thru Tesla SSO which implies providing my 6-digit PIN as two-factor-auth. Now ABRP is able to fetch my car details but I'm hitting this other bug. I suspect that trying to connect again to the Tesla API for sending the route to the car, it may have to fail because SSO credentials no longer valid.
Also the web version doesn’t allow sharing the info towards tesla.

Same problem here.
All communication by users is actively administrated and redirected here. So this should be the single place to get an update on this issue.
In the meantime, is there another way to connect a 2020 Tesla model 3 Long Range that works as advertised? At this point my ABRP iOS app is connected Over-The-Air to my Tesla... had to delete and reconfigure it today, as it suddenly didn't update it's data anymore.
In ABRP settings it seems like I can also set In-Car Live Data (the info icon even shows information that's it's more accurate) next to Over-The-Air. But when I click it I simply get an API key... searching the documentation it seems to be for app development... confusing. Can / should I use it or not?
And, like others here (and on the forum) I also cannot send planning information from the app (or website) to the car: ERROR. Does it only work when inside / near my car? Should the phone be set as the primary phone in the car?
I started using Premium to support future development, but is it worth the monthly fee if even connecting to a single car is problematic?

Hi Katya, I was using the iOS app 4.2.8. However it worked after I used the ABRP password instead of the password for Tesla account (which I found strange). So this is not an issue for me anymore and ABRP is now able to read data from my car (such as SOC). Thanks!

That's odd, unless you're re-using passwords that shouldn't be possible (we never see or handle your actual password for your Tesla account). But I can see that your car is successfully connected now.

Hello Katya, could we have news about your investigations ?
For my part, without this function the application is useless to me, and therefore also the annual premium subscription that I bought...

All connectivity for Tesla is lost for me. App indicated it’s been more than 10 days since it last communicated with the car.
Tijmen Pluimers
I had the same. Reconnected and now the communication from the car to abrp is working again, but i can’t send the route to the car. The reason to use abrp so i hope there is a fix soon
Alexander Verharen
Same problem for me.
Andrew Downes
It used to work! 2021 Model Y.
I tried android and iOS, even unlinked and relinked mytesla.

Hello there ABRP people. I am starting to look around for the ABRP replacement. This is not a good sign.
I see no update on fix on this.
It's the middle of July and a peak season for travels and you produce such a bug? Something that has always worked flawlessly and is a great advantage of the service.
I would humbly recommend to prioritize the "send route to Tesla"-bug. Are you shifting focus FROM Tesla? :(
Thank you in advance.
Ron Cox
I agree, I don't understand why no one from ABRP has responded to my post about fixing the problem!! I was counting on using this planner for the first time on a trip tomorrow. I am really frustrated that there is no way to contact ABRP directly!!
Mirzoni
Ron, try The online lite version. It does the essential part of the job in Tesla browser.
Ron Cox
Thank you, I am looking for the online lite version and having trouble finding it. Is that ABRP lite or Tesla lite?
Mirzoni
ABRP lite.
Try mytesla.nu/ in Tesla browser and bookmark it. It’s an alternative launch portal for Tesla with a fine selection of sites/services. You’ll see there an ABRP icon; open it and there you are.
Good luck, hope it helps!
Ron Cox
I will check it out, Thank you!

Getting an error as well. I did just sign up for a premium account. I did notice that the Tesla app updated recently (for android.) Maybe this is causing a problem?
Ron Cox
When I try to share a route plan with my Tesla I get an Error message in a box with a blue done button and it will not share it. I signed out of the app and signed back in and I still get the same message. The app is linked to the car.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I am leaving on a very long trip in a few days and I would like to try ABRP for the first time but it doesn't work! I even paid for the premium app!

Merged with: Can’t share with car

None of my routes can be shared with my vehicle. I get an error message every time.
Katya_ABRP
Hi David,
Do you mean you're unable to share a plan with a Tesla?
/Katya
David U
Correct. I’m logged into the app. It sees my car and gives me my car stats. Just can’t send a route to my Tesla.

Here’s a screenshot of what happens when I try to share to my Tesla.
Ron Cox
This is exactly what I am experiencing with my model 3!

BOGDAN Danciu
Connecting to my Tesla account from ABRP app is failing to authenticate (matching user and password). However I am using the same credentials to connect to my Tesla account as we speak.
Katya_ABRP
Hi Bogdan,
This would be a different issue than the one described in the initial post. Are you attempting to link the car using the iOS or Android app and if so which version of the app are you using (version number can be found at the bottom of the settings menu).
/Katya
BOGDAN Danciu
Hi Katya, I was using the iOS app 4.2.8. However it worked after I used the ABRP password instead of the password for Tesla account (which I found strange). So this is not an issue for me anymore and ABRP is now able to read data from my car (such as SOC). Thanks!
Katya_ABRP
That's odd, unless you're re-using passwords that shouldn't be possible (we never see or handle your actual password for your Tesla account). But I can see that your car is successfully connected now.

I tried several time to send different routes to Tesla. Each time I am given a meaningless error message. See the attached screen shot. Unfortunately, without this fester, the app is worthless to me.

Hi Kris,
We implement a fix for an issue which could lead to failure in sending plans to Tesla, just in the beginning of last week and it should currently be working a intended.
Could you check if it works for you now with the latest version of the app?
/Katya
Kris Johnson
The fix you implemented has not addressed my error. The error and screen shot I provided, was from the last day - long since your updated the app. Please check and revert with an update.
Katya_ABRP
Thank you for confirming, I've let our developers know.
Mirzoni
Same here - Fel-rapport all the time. Please do fix. This had worked flawlessly. Now I cannot send routes to my Model S. ?

Hi Kim,
Could you let us know what version of the ABRP app you're currently using? You can find the app version written at the bottom of the settings menu.
