Dear all, the connection thru tesla and Tronity fails since June 10th. Connection attempts are reported successful, but are not created.
The connection through the Tesla app and Tronity app itself are still alive.
Has this been resolved? Provided refresh and access tokens, but ABRP shows an error "couldn't link the token".
These issues have since been solved. We did have server issues during Thu-Fri the previous week which resulted in problems with connecting to Tronity, but these have also been resolved by now.
Should you still be experiencing problems with the linking process please submit a new bug report.
Can reproduce the issue here : my tokens are valid (proof-tested with TeslaMate) but ABRP (the Android app) continues to refuse both the refresh and access tokens ("can't connect with the token, please doublecheck you provided an up-to-date token" - approximate translation, sorry about it)
Latest version of the app (4.2.8), refreshed tokens obtained from TeslaTokens app, 2FA in place.

In the meantime, is there another way to connect a 2020 Tesla model 3 Long Range that works as advertised? At this point my ABRP iOS app is connected Over-The-Air to my Tesla... had to delete and reconfigure it today, as it suddenly didn't update it's data anymore.

Couldn't reconnect from my phone. Managed to delete my car from the web interface. After that resaved and reconnected to my Tesla account from my iPhone. After that the Over-The-Air seems to be active again... don't now for how long and/or why it had stopped working before...?
Hello, same issue for me on a Windows PC using Chrome.
Tried to add the tokens, and still have connexion issues.
I am experiencing a similar issue. I have generated a new Refresh token but when I go to add to ABRP, on the Link Tesla window (iOS) the Done button will not activate so I can enter it.
Are there also issues with the connection to Tronity?
We have had issues with the connection to the Tesla API over the weekend and we have issued a few fixes to make it work again. We will continue and monitor the situation.
My vehicle lost connection to tesla live today. I removed the connection. Have deleted app, restarted phone, nothing will allow it to reconnect after trying numerous times to re setup tesla live.
I connected to my Tesla account multiple times and the app acts as nothing happened. The app is still not getting live data from my car.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue with the Tesla connection yesterday but now it should work. You need to re-link your car again to get connected.

I also have this issue. Cannot login to Tesla at all. Providing a token fails with "Couldn't link the token. Please double check that you are providing a valid refresh token."
I'm pretty certain I am providing the correct tokens. Using the ABRP app to login with my Tesla account also doesn't work. Everything seems to work correctly, but then nothing happens. No connection to my car is ever made as far as I can tell.
