Despite Android Auto being configured to automatically switch to night mode (which works with other apps), ABRP never switches to night mode and always stays in day mode.
"Android Auto uses the theme reported from the car, so if you want a dark user interface in ABRP you have to go to the AA settings and change the theme there."
To summarize, you can change display settings in ABRP on AA to correct this.

Hi Christian,
This is expected as my colleagues explains in this ticket; abrp.upvoty.com/b/report-a-bug/android-nobdark-mode

Hi Katya,
neither setting AA to "automatic night mode" nor permanently setting it to "night mode" has any effect on ABRP. It stays in day mode.

Hi Christian,
Did you check the settings for day/night in the ABRP app on AA?

Hi Katya,
I changed the settings in AA. Not in ABRP.

Hi Christian,
I understand, but the settings I am referring to are found in ABRP on AA, not AA general settings and not settings in the ABRP app on your phone.
Could you check again?
