Hi Ronald, day/night mode on AA is set based on what the car tells us which mode should be active. Some cars auto switch day/night mode based on daylight sensors. Some even do it only based on the light settings (light on = night/dark, lights off = day). Which car do you use? Maybe that provides more insights. On MEB (VW) cars for example it is based on the UI setting. You can also, as Bo said, just enforce day/night mode in AA settings.
Android Auto uses the theme reported from the car, so if you want a dark user interface in ABRP you have to go to the AA settings and change the theme there.

Hi Ronald,
Have you enabled dark mode in settings in the ABRP app but the Android app and AA does not follow suit?
