I don‘t know, but maybe it is a Problem with the Internet Connection. Maybe you should give the Option to use wifi or mobile data of the phone

Please specify;
- ABRP app version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
- Device model and iOS version
- Do we only fail to calculate the route in CarPlay? Does it work on your phone if you're disconnected from CarPlay?
- What type of connection do you use for CarPlay? Wired/wireless?
Hi Ralf,
Apps cannot decide if they use WiFi or the Mobile data connection. Only the operating system decides which connection will be used for the data.
You as user can decide in the system settings if you allow or forbid the app to use mobile connection or not.
In your case, maybe the distance to your WiFi Hotspot is already to far away to get a significant data rate over WiFi, although three or four bars ar shown at the WiFi symbol. If you move further away from your home, then loose WiFi connection and have only mobile connection, press Cancel if ABRP gets no planing result from Webserver and let ABRP replan the route. This should fix your issue.
