Hi, the BMW CE 04 ist still missing. There are two types, one with and one without fast loading. Please add this motorbikes to your vehicle list Regards, Michael
In the vehicle select screen, there's no option to choose the BMW electric motorcycle, the CE04, which has a J1772 connector and 8.5kWh battery capacity and top speed of 75mph.
BMW Motorrad CE 04 scooter.
Gross vehicle weight: 904 lbs (410 kg)
Cruisingw range: 81 miles (130 km), in accor- dance with WMTC
Uses J-1772 to charge. A/C only.
Battery: 60.6 Ah
I now have one of these CE-04's and am a long-time paying user of ABRP. I've been taking fairly detailed range measurements versus speed and temperature, so please let know if there is any data I can share or testing that I can perform to get this up there.
My current ABRP workaround is to use the "Zero SDS ZF 7.2 + PT" profile with a reference consumption of 192Wh/mi@mph to model my experience here on 35/45mph country roads. I've not yet taken measurements at a sustained 65mph rate.
At at surprsingly steady state 110km/h for 42km (reset the onboard watthour at speed) with a 59l top box and tall highway screen installed, a ahem 90kg load on a 34 celcius day, and total road gradient being 0.7% an impressive 8.3kwh/100km is registered
15kw (unrestricted) version actual consumption
Available battery capacity 8.5kw/h
charging modes
1.9kw (220v single phase 8amp)
2.3kw (220v single phase 10amp)
6.9kw (220v three phase 10amp)
highway consumption at 100 to 110km/h = 12.1kwh/100km
urban consumption at 50-70km/h stop start = 5.5kwh/100km
What kind of system is this? It asked me to add my vehicle, and then I have to comment on some forum? I'd just like the BMW CE-04 as an option. They'll be here in the US within weeks
Hi!
To be able to provide accurate plans we at ABRP need to know certain aspects of the car e.g. battery capacity, range, consumption etc. If you would help us to speed up this process then provide these specs. Anything is appreciated.
Best regards, Joel.
Hi Joel,
A lot of people would appreciate that ABRP includes the BMW CE 04. In addition to all specs provided, do you need anything else?
Thank you very much!!

110km/h = 68mph
90kg = 198pounds
59l = 15.6 gallons
8.3kwh/100km = 7.5mi/kWh = 133.33Wh/mi

Reply formatting not perfect, referring to Thomas Strömberg's Zero SDS settings as an ersatz CE04
