The Tesla chargers that are open for non Tesla vehicles are marked as normal CCS chargers. So you can just set Tesla as preferred network (or use exclusive if you do not want to use others) with CCS as fast charger connector, and it will try to use Tesla chargers wherever possible. However you need to make sure, that you are allowed to use these chargers, please check the list here: www.tesla.com/support/non-tesla-supercharging#selected-countries
