Improve map charger markers to provide more information

Right now the chargers are only grey icons and only if you click on them, the state of the charger and the power and number of stalls can be checked. It would be nice to see on the icon marker already, if it is free. Also the number of stalls and the speed would be nice.

It is soon possible to see available/busy/in maintenance for chargers on the map with live status.
