Planner not detecting Rivian Adventure Network chargers in inyokern and bishop?

I regularly make the drive from orange county to mammoth. Most of these drives have been done in a tesla, but I got a rivian this spring and did the drive a couple of times. It makes the most sense stop at the RAN locations in inyokern and bishop, but for some reason the planner doesn't detect them. I have rivian as my preferred charging network, so the planner routes me to Barstow, which is just ridiculous. I'm not sure why the planner isn't detecting these chargers, but it would make sense to correct this.

Hi Dan
The charger in Inyokern was a 11 kW charger so that's why we don't select that one. I took a plan at your account and added Rivian as preferred network and saved it as Test Rivian. There you have two Rivian chargers on the plan.

Hi Linda,
That is actually nor accurate. I have charged several times at the rivian chargers I inyokern, and some of them are high speed, I was getting charges of up to 220kw per hour on those chargers. The same is true of the chargers in bishop. I don't know why you have them as 11kw, I know from personal experience that this is simply not true, unless rivian has removed the high speed chargers since mid may, which I highly doubt. You guys should look into that, as it is causing a very common route for socal rician drivers to have non sensual results. I should also note that the planner USED to detect these chargers, I don't know why it doesn't now.

Thank you!

Hi Dan
Ok. Then we need to look at why they show wrong kW. Thanks for letting me know.
