Help on line on travel request impossible

Hi, when the request button is allways grey, no help for soved issue.
Screen snap shot, please, some on line help it's better.

Hi Thierry
It seems to work now. Sometimes you just need to select the destinations again. If that does not work try to select another car and then select your own car again. That usually solves the problem.
