Expand the ‘tooltip’ descriptions to help new users

I’ve seen many people incorrectly interpret the meaning of different settings.

Expanding the tooltip descriptions to make the clearer and less ambiguous would help new users.

eg. Charging Overhead - people often seem to not understand what this should or should not include.
