Adjust Wind/Temperature Settings

I don't see a way to adjust the wind/temperature settings which have a significant effect in my colder climate. It appears to only take the "current" weather. I am planning a trip, with no chargers along route, and it is close to making it. Problem is, trip will be two days away and winds/temps will be much higher/lower. I need to know if I should make alternative transportation plans - can't really wait till I leave (which temp also will drop significantly after I leave). Thanks!

If you have premium you can disable live weather and just enter whatever you want. Without premium manual weather data is the only choice you have. You can find it in road settings.
