In some countries (Sweden, Norway,..) even non Tesla owners can charge in some of Tesla stations. Please also add this filter option, just alike ChargeFinder has done.

In your app I can, among the other chargers, select Tesla as a possible charging station. In some countries also non Tesla owners can use a SUBSET of all the available Tesla chargers. Therefore it would be very nice, if I also could select an additional option alike 'Tesla (Open for all EV)'! So also this subset will be included in your route planning logic.
That would be very clear to all the ABRP users.
Another much more hidden logic would be, that you in your logic also consider my car model if I select Tesla. So if you have a Tesla all Tesla chargers are available in the route planning, but for others having for instance an ID.3 you only include the subset of Tesla chargers in your logic, possible to use.

We've never had any intention of showing or planning with chargers that are not open for non-Teslas when having a non-Tesla selected. No extra filter is necessary for the user to set, it is already set.
Tesla owners on the other hand, will have to make sure to select the appropriate charger type when planning as we cannot simply know based on the model in some cases, whether the car is compatible with CCS or not.

To me the first option is the far most clear one.

When planning a route we allow non-tesla vehicles to charge at allowed super-chargers. Or are you referring to something else?
