There's a J1772 6kw level two charger that is free of charge (like beer, and Linux). There's also a DC fast charger here with CCS and CHAdeMO connectors on it. It appears dead. It looks like the charger isn't getting any power. It has a credit card reader on it, so it probably requires you to pay.
