Hi
Our system was setting several Tesla chargers as closed so that they was not visible. It's corrected now and you should see this charger on the map by searching for the address that you attached.

Hi Katya,
that's right, but the software seems to ignore it completely. I tried via cellphone and laptop.
First I tried normal naviagtion (only Tesla stations allowed). Every station but this one is found.
Then I treid by map. But the charger is not pickable on the map, because the Fastned charger (at nearly the same location) blocks the Tesla icon.
Last I put up a Navigation to the Charger adress and tried "chargers nearby". But the Tesla was not found in the list (see pictures).
