They don't specify it to support both but I can see from more recent images that it does support CCS, though those stalls appear to only support CCS.
Are there perhaps a portion of the stalls supporting both?

Yes it is
All stalls now have CCS connectors, some of them are V3 and some (6 if i don't remember wrong) are V2 with both Tesla Type2 and CCS connectors
