Just that in Finland/Espoo there are chargers in parking hall in Tapiolapaikoitus. Maybe those should be added.

Hi, they seem not to belong to any network. I assume they are provided by parking house 'operator': www.tapiolapaikoitus.fi/
And they are also free. Just plug-in and charge. But you have to pay parking.
