Missing Level 2, 3 Charger

No Howell MI, USA chargers found - at least when I did a route plan and specified Level 2 charging, they did not come up en-route, instead saying route impossible.

The Shell chargers should be visible in 48 hours. Our partner could not find the Volta chargers either in their app or on their webpage so for now they can't publish them.
