Existing charger, wrong location

Hello,
The charger in the link has it´s status set to unclear, and is not included in planning.
I own the parking premise and i have installed the chargers. There are 16 chargers connected to the Bravida Charge network. They are all available and in use. Is there anyway for me to confirm their status and set the correct location?
