Stuck on the side of the road because I was directed to the charging stations at Clifton springs, NY service area. Units are not active and I ran out of charge before I could get to the next charging station.

Other than this, the app did admirably in a part of the US where chargers aren't common.

Do you recall the status at the time we directed you to the charger? Yesterday we got a 'broken' status for it but I can see that has been reverted today.
In any case, this is certainly not supposed to be a Tesla Supercharger and I'll have it reported to the data provider.

So it's AppleGreen Electric who is running the EVs for most, but not all, of the newly refurbished rest areas on I90 in NYS. I did see one of their charges (Junius Pond, service station) that was a CCS with a Tesla adapter bolted on. So, that 1 may be genuine. I mean, the protocols are the same, so I guess it should work in theory.
At the time, ABRP showed green and available in the app, but when I got there, they all displayed "Out of Service" and had yellow caution tape around them. I just checked PlugShare, and it has them listed as "under construction," so it's possible they will be available in a few days?

Thank you, I've shared this with our data provider!

Hi Rob,
Could you provide a link to the charger in ABRP so we get the ID and can check the source of the data for this charger?
