I can see that we've got a duplicate of the location here, with the status 'limited' meaning it is currently excluded from planning: abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=32671
Usually, we recognize duplicates but here the locations and networks were different enough for us not to consider them the same.
I've changed the details in GoingElectric where we fetched the data for the latter one as it should belong to CPS. I've also implemented a manual status override for the charger that is currently used in planning, to have us exclude it from planning.
Changes will take effect by tomorrow.
