To fix the actual issue, Chargeplace Scotland would need to be notified.

I can see that we've got a duplicate of the location here, with the status 'limited' meaning it is currently excluded from planning: abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=32671

Usually, we recognize duplicates but here the locations and networks were different enough for us not to consider them the same.

I've changed the details in GoingElectric where we fetched the data for the latter one as it should belong to CPS. I've also implemented a manual status override for the charger that is currently used in planning, to have us exclude it from planning.

Changes will take effect by tomorrow.

Do you mean that the charger does not work. We can't fix the charger but I can change the status in the app if you send me the link to the charger. Please add a link to the charger that applies. Click at the charger on the map, click at Share and then Share ABRP link. Paste the link in details.
