You have placed every charger on the South African network as "limited access or function"!! Why? They are all available 24/7 on freeways and a few in shopping centers are time limited at night. This is really bad for our ev adoption in South Africa. I was showing the Volvo dealer how the app works and saying how good it is to look like an idiot as no matter what destination it says it cant plan as none are included. Why ruin it for us? You have a data feed issue as Google has it right. Please correct this. All my plans stored are useless also.

This is the case for every DC in South Africa. I travel extensively and the ABRP app no longer works as you have excluded all points from auto route calculation. Yes, we have to pay for charging but they are public points available to any ev owner.

The app worked perfectly on this route in South Africa last year and now...nothing. Again nothing has changed!

Are there any other big charger networks in South Africa than www.gridcars.net/? I can contact our partner and ask them to add the networks. This charger, abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=134963422, is added on OCM and that's why it's limited. If our partner get the information directly from the charger company we will get the correct status.

Hi. gridcars.net via their app ChargePocket / ActiveCharge www.chargestations.co.za/CP/ , run the IT backend for all chargers in South Africa from both their own company and other companies so we use a single prepaid card and app across all charge units in South Africa hence you have limited the status of the entire country and ultimately disabled your App for us.
I have forwarded this to the CEO of Gridcars.net Mr Winstone Jordaan, winstone@gridcars.net . Please sort this out. Why the change, ABRP has always been the goto for us.

Google has it correct and our Volvo uses that also, why have you gone the OCN option? Makes no sense, certainly does nothing for your reputation and service quality.

We have made some changes in the system so they should not show as limited anymore. You will see the changes tomorrow. I have asked our partner to add the network because then we will get the correct status since it's directly from the network and not from OCM.

We can't just pick up chargers from anywhere. If we are to have such information, we must have an agreement with, for example, Google.
