Hi Joe,
We're sorry to hear. Could you provide the link to this charger in ABRP so that we can check why we're not getting data it is broken?
Keep in mind that we at ABRP do not operate any chargers and that issues first and foremost shall be reported to the operator so that they can have it repaired.
