Wrong Live traffic data info

Hi Team, I spent over 5000km route with your application in one single holiday's trip. I just wanted to mention that your system is working well, BUT your live traffic data is completely wrong. I was seeing red line in navigation When I was driving the car within 130km/h speed. I think this might be effect on estimation of arrival charge percentage. This is completely wrong data even it's a premium user feature.

We have checked the traffic data use on our side and found that we failed to update traffic properly when the route was crossing a country border. This has been fixed since Tuesday so please let us know if it improves the experience for you!

Hello Team, thx for feedback but there is same problem even in local traffic data. I already opened bug button.

Thanks for the feedback! We want to be sure any issues like this are on the traffic source side and not on us handling it wrong. Could you please enable the "Bug button" in the ABRP settings and press it (works in CarPlay and Android Auto too) when you see a situation like this? Then send us just a note describing the situation.

Hi Katya,
I can tell you that in Denmark, your trafic information is wrong more or less everywhere.
It seems like it is “old” trafic situations.
I know that there are more than 1 provider of trafic indormations in Denmark and some other app-vendors have changed their source due to this.

To be honest I haven’t seen 1 correct live trafic report so far in Denmark from ABRP.
I have no clue about other countries, but it should be changed/corrected for Denmark since it affects the routeplanning and driving experience in Denmark every time.

Hi Katya, I'm living in Türkiye, but I used ABRP for my holiday and traveled with my EV car to Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, Crotia. Spent time with your application more than 5000km. I couldn't get any correct live traffic data in none of any those countries.
