This dongle can only be connected to one app at a time, thus, if it is still linked to the OBDLink app you'll need to disconnect it before linking it to ABRP.
The dongle is not connected to any other app but ABRP. In fact, I do not even have any other app on my phone that the dongle could connect to. Previously i used the dongle with Skoda Enyaq but I have disconnected the connection in ABRP. Any other advice?

Please specify what version of the app you're using and what model of OBD dongle you're attempting to link via.
