When selecting Tesla Network, CSS is assumed

For my US Tesla Model 3, I do not have a CCS outlet or adapter. However, when I select to use the Tesla Network exclusively, and type of charger: Tesla SC (Not Tesla CCS), I get a warning that I "have not selected CCS outlets under 'Fastchargers' in settings but have preferred a CCS network."
When selecting "Tesla SC", CCS chargers should be ignored.
