Hi, the naming is not relevant for the OS; it just means android is classic BT, and iOS is BLE. You need to use the BLE connection (iOS). Please try it again with that connection.

Hello Samuel,
I use the iOS, I often have to initiate the connection 5-6 times so that it is established.
And then it keeps breaking off while driving.

Do you have any other dongle (or phone) you can try? Some combinations of OS, dongle, car and phone just don't work well together.
