Vgate MC+ Not showing SoC and other details anymore

After initially showing the details as SoC, temper of battery, currently it only shows the basics. It is successfully paired and also showing green in ABRP. I deleted the app it comes with, recouped and repaired several times in ABRP with no results. I am driving a Jaguar Ipace 2022 model.
Any suggestions welcome as I don’t want to go back to TRONITY connection.

Yes works better, I use the cheaper dongle and remove it each time. It is safer and easier. Ticket can be closed

I tested another Vgate Icar Pro LTE and this one works fine with connecting. Also for this one, I had to delete the car, add again and paor again.

Thanks for feedback. I also added another small fix, could you please try again, if the other dongle works now as well with that fix?

Hi Guido,
please follow the setup procedure again. Does it show anything when the setup finished? It should show some data that we got from the car, to verify that the connection worked correctly. If no data is incoming you should be able to send in an error report to us, where we can then look up the data. Please setup BT again and let me know if you sent an error report.

Keeps still in status and and never turns green. I odered a new oBD dongle to see if this helps.

Dear ABRP team, since the new version for the Ipace EV400 2021 model noI planning is working anymore. My other car in the profile works fine.
