Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0 Not connect

Samsung S21+ and last version of ABRP. The device is working with Car scanner so is not defective.
I stop car scanner previously to open abrp and in real time screen says connecting but not connect never.

Previously the connection to this device was made into my vehicle in another phone: POCO F2 Pro. In this phone the OBD connection was perfect but the map does not move in my Niro EV screen. I buy a Samsung S21+ and now the map works perfectly but the connection to Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0 is totally lost.

Can you help me?

Hi Jose
If the OBD is connected to the car scanner it won't connect to ABRP at the same time.

I have the Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0 in my ID.3 and I'm less than impressed with that dongle. Firstly it does not turn on when i start the car so I have to unplug and reinsert it every time.
Secondly ABRP often fails to connect to it. One workaround that works most och the time on my Pixel 5a is to simply go into settings and scan for new BT devices. some times that is not enough and a also have to initiate pairing to the ios-vlink device for it to start working.

But sometimes it just wont work, either a reboot of the phone or unplug and plug in the dongel is necessary.

I don't know where the problem lies phone, dongle ocr ABRP or if it's any combination there off.
Also a new "Feature" that has poped up is that my car alarm goes of almost every time whan I have gor about 20m away from the car. Think it has something to do with phone losing BT connection and try to reconnect to the car.

I've been having the same problem, but here's the funny thing: I had the same issue with Veepeak OBDCheck BLE, which ABRP explicitly doesn't recommend.
