UpVoty Log In Issues

April 2nd 2022 at 15:50 GMT. Every time I try to log in, 1st it asks me to Register, then tells me that account exists and takes to a page to enter my email and PW. Then, inspite copying my password correctly in from my little black book, it forces to do a PW reset. This is frustrating and only adds delays to my trying to use ABRP. THis needs fixing.

Can confirm there is an issue, will not accept password - reports as incorrect, despite just having used it to sign in to the app.
Had to create another account with different email address just to post this feedback.

June 25th, 2022 at 14:21 GMT.. Thank you Bob for verify this a problem. I think it is time to dump UpVoty and to go back to using the ABRP Forums where it is much easier to use and you can see all issues at a glance and see people's feed back and concerns.

Sorry Samuel but you are mistaken. I was not automatically logged in when I clicked the Report a Bug button from my desk top computer on ABRP Maon page. When I tried to use UpVoty site on arriving on the page it popped uo a Log on Box offering me 4 social media log options.
I do not use social media sites. So only option was to click the Register Button.
When I entered my email address it told me "account exists" and asked for my PW.
When I did, so character by character correct as written in my black book, it failed to recognize it and forced me to do a password reset.
Only then would it let me in.
And I do not use the App , too complex, not intuitively easy to use like ABRP Classic. My one attempt to use the App s frustrating hour trying to figure out where everything was hidden .
All those pop out this and pop up that were just 100% frustrating pain on my mobile.
I dumped the App afyer one hour as it was frustrating nightmare to use.
ABRP Classic was flawless and accurate and Fastvto use.
Planning in Classic used to take 30 seconds ( until it got nerfed recently).
Planning in the New ABRP weboage takes several minutes of wasted time to correct all the mistakes made to the of storagrd data from my previous Classic Use.

Also New ABRP defaults to US Measurements until I change my Language to English- Canada. Then it uses metric.
Please fix ABRP Classic and get it working again. Thank you Hugh

Post Script; Aftet typing in the above message, having gotten here from the link to provided when I pressed the button to submit the Comment, Up Voty required me to log in, which meant a whole lot of extra typing and going through the Register page yet again.
..and you said the Report A Bug link should take me to UpVoty and Log me in.
It Does Not.!! It takes me there but does not log me in

No auto link in as you said there would be.
Yet another disheartening experience dealing with ABRP.

Please contact the Upvoty support for the login issue. Not sure what could be the problem for your case, but we have many users where it worked as i described. However as Upvoty is not hosted by ABRP and not serviced by us, you might get better support for Upvoty when contacting them directly.
Btw you still can use the contact option from the app, where you can send a mail to the ABRP team if Upvoty does not work well for you.

Hi, you are automatically logged in to upvoty, if you come from the ABRP app, so the easiest way to get logged in is to go to ABRP app settings, scroll down to support & feedback and then click on either report bug or feature request. That will redirect to upvoty and log you in.
If you experience log in issues apart from that please contact the upvoty support.
