Doesn't save.
Cannot adjust 12hr or 24hr.
Both desktop (chrome) and phone app (Samsung S8 Android)
Have to use bing browser to get it to work properly .... grrr

I have the same issue, happens in IOS, and desktop Safari. Works in Chrome and Edge
