Unable to plan route

Attempting to plan a route to a mall 30 minutes away with full charge. Website says "We couldn't calculate your plan". I have checked the chargers and all are selected.
I have also tried trips further than my cars range and still get the same result of "We couldn't calculate your plan"

Hi
Due to technical issues, it was not possible to make a plan for a few hours. This is now fixed and it works to make a plan now.
