I've been unable to plan a route through the timmelsjoch pass, while I know the pass is open and battery wise it should work as well. Instead of going through the pass (with additional way points to force it), it just circles around it and takes a much longer route.
Very rarely, it does go through the pass. Earlier today I planned a route (not my actual requirement, but just for the feedback) from Meran (IT) to Obergurgel (AT) and it took the pass, so I skipped the feedback. Now, a few hours later, I replanned that same trip and it circels around the pass.

Here you go. Two routes, in both I fixed the departure time to Aug 1st at 10 in the morning as the pass closes at night. The first one just has Meran departure and Obergurgl as destination. ABRP take the direct route over the pass (Good). The second route has the same departure point and time and same destination, I just added a charging stop in a village along the way and then it decides to circle around the pass for some reason!?!

I’m not entirely sure, but it seems the more settings you add to the route, the less likely it is that ABRP takes the pass. Even though the setting are meant to make to make the route more doable.

Hi Koen,
Could you provide a link to a plan where we sometimes don't and sometimes do use the pass?
