Unable to calculate itinerary

Hi,
I have saved my itinerary and been able to load it, amend it as normal. Since last friday or saturday, ABRP will no longer loads the saved plan wether I try via the app or the computer. I can load simpler plans but not the more complex ones... please help, how do I recover a normal situation ? cheers

ABRP seems unable to locate this file...

Do you mean that the plan has disappeared from the list in your account? Or that we simply cannot load it?

Hello, it simply cannot load it but I can select it from the list of saved plans. iOS app and computer give the same result. Cheers, Luc
In this itinerary there are closed roads in winter but It used to calculate a way around. I also noticed that the raid closures are not modified in ABRP even when I select a travel date in summer when those roads are not closed. Could it be of influence on the impossibility for the engine to calculate the itinerary ?
FYI, I have posted this "closed road" issue in a seperate discussion with another user experiencing the same issue
