Tronity not staying authorised. SoC not being synced

I have linked and re linked tronity a number of times now but no matter what I do, it always reverts to 'not authorised' after a couple of days. The SoC is out of date so I can't use the app to plan journeys. Tronity shows ABRP as approved

Hi Jodene,
You appear to no longer be using Tronity for the connection but instead ABRP Premium Connection / SmartCar. Did you happen to contact Tronity about the connection issue or did you never have it work?
