I am trying to link Tronity to ABRP, i can complete the whole process, with selecting my car, but after it returns to ABRP, then it is not linked.
I have tried on IOS, and windows edge, firefox, chrome.

Car is ID.3 with software 2.4. And it have been connected with ABRP/Tronity before.
Tronity is updated with current data.

I have an Android Auto device connected via Wifi to my phone.
I have APRP installed on this device, but it does not catch the GPS signal, or signal every 2-3 sec. it doesn't matter if any additional settings are still possible, since the program works well on the phone.

Hello. A couple of days ago ABRP stopped to see live data from Tronity. If i try to refresh the connection it remains bloked after i push the button to alllow ABRP to access to cat data.

Hello ABRP team, I'd like to give you some feedback ...

App version: 4.2.8
Platform: android
User ID: 256624

Tronity fixed an issue last night for the login so that works fine now.

Accidentally added my previous comment twice. So this was a duplicate.

Same issue here. I needed to unlink Tronity because somehow the link with Tronity caused that I couldn't navigate with ABRP Premium on my phone.

Upon planning my current location was correct, but qt the moment I chose to start navigation, my current location got stuck somewhere on the highway I was a while ago. Weird thing was, that when using ABRP on Android Auto it (AA) it was still working fine and as expected. But not when I want to navigate on my phone (not connected to AA).

The only solution was to unlink Tronity, but know I can't reconnect with Tronity. When I authorize I get back to ABRP but no live data link is active. I tried this both on my phone and using Chrome on my laptop. I hope this will be fixed soon. Gooed luck

I have a similar problem where everything works fine until I press the "Allow" button which just redirects me back to ABRP where it still says "No live data linked" in the OTA section. Following the instructions in this thread did not solve it unfortunately.

Thank you to Katya for your reply to my post. I am still facing this issue

I had to do it twice but it worked the second time.
I’m not sure if it was the solution but here what I have done :
- I killed the app first
- On the car details, click on Link data on Tronity login from ABRP (kind of popup which tells what are compatible cars)
- I click on Tronity login page
- I go back to ABRP app and close the previous popup, then I go back on the web browser to login on Tronity and follow the process
- It redirects me back to ABRP app to choose my car
- Everything is OK

We have found an issue on one of our servers which communicates with Tronity - and fixed it. Does it work better now?

I got exactly the same issue. Tronity.io authentication goes well, car selection too, then when we click on “Allow” it goes back to ABRP app, then… nothing happens. It still shows “No live data linked” on Over-the-air live data section.

Edit : It’s a duplicate of this other reported bug :

same here, workaround:
- when arriving the tronity login page, kill the abrp app, then alloe the permission on the tronity page.

After that, the abrp app opens automatically and you got your live data
