I don't seem able to setup tronity integration on my account grateful if you could let me know if this should be available on my premium account?

Tronity is not related to premium. Actually all live data sources can be used with a free account (they might not be free from the other company though like Tronity for example).
You first need to setup a car, by not just using the quickselection, but by adding a new car. Then if that car is supported via tronity, you can click on the gear icon behind that car and it should offer you the screen to link tronity.
