Traffic info in Greek roads lagging behind hours or days, is this normal?

I use ABRP for a year, paid customer. Traffic info in most Greek roads is lagging behind several hours or even days. I pass from places that show as red in the app, but I find no traffic jam. I know that there was traffic jam from where I am passing several hours ago or days ago. So is this something normal? Where do you get your traffic info? Google maps show correct traffic info all the time for Greek roads.
