Too few chargers chosen even with "Quickest"

Even though I chose "quickest", it is making my trip slow by choosing
one charging stop for nearly a full charge, rather than two charging
stops.
Here is the plan that is wrong:

If I change my settings to require arrival with 23% charge, this
prevents the bug, it uses two charges, and I arrive about 10 minutes earlier
even though I asked for a higher charge level at the end. Here is that plan:

It's not surprising that decreasing max SoC also gives the faster plan. This is another illustration of the same bug. Choosing "quickest" should give the fastest arrival subject to the constraints that you specify. If you tighten these constraints, e.g., by decreasing the max SoC at a fast charger, it should never find a faster plan. It should have found that plan already.

If you change max SoC to 80% instead of 100% you get a faster plan with two charging stops.
