Tesla is used with charging card which does not support Tesla

Hi,
I’m using Aral Pulse and Shell Chargecard. Both do not support Tesla but it proposes me to stop at Tesla supercharger.

We try to select chargers where you can use your card, if you turned on the toggle, but if there is a better charger we select that one. Do you have a plan where this happen?

Hi, what do you mean? This option is enabled but it could happen it selects a better charger?
I strictly do not agree that this is good. It means for me, I can’t use ABRP. I have a company car and my company is strictly paying only this 2 charge cards. If I choose another one, like Tesla, they will not refund the money to me. Hence, my route must be 100% planned in accordance to the charging cards.

I'm sorry but we will not select chargers that makes the plan worse to adapt to a particular charging card. The best you can do is to add the charge cards and also select the charger network you want in Avoid and prefer. If there is a charger that you don't want you ned to manually remove it and select the one you want.

I think you don’t understand my situation. Does ABRP show me if an alternative charger is part of my charge card? Or do I have to also research by myself while planning the route? If the charger is full and I have to search another route, I can’t stop on the highway and do research if my charge card is supported. I hope you understand that, if my company is only paying the charge card, I will only charge on that station where my company does allow me and I will not pay private on a business trip.
So why not put an additional setting and let the user choose if strictly charge card stations are selected? For me it means, I’m out of ABRP and I will choose Chargemap as it is possible there.

I do understand what you mean. We don't give you a charger that makes the plan longer in time or km just because you can charge there with your charging card. The charging card is not the first priority in our plans.
You can see at each charger in your plan if your card works there. If a charger is full, there is no guarantee that it will be a charger where your card works because we cannot guarantee you chargers where it works 100% with your card.

I understand that you think so but everyone that use our app don't have a company car. Right now we are unable to offer a plan with 100% chargers that works for your card.
