I don't understand why ABRP calculates with charging from 92-94% right 10 km after start when the SOC at the next station is over 20% (My settings are for arriving with 10%)

Is this available because of some weather conditions?
Even if it's the reason it's not OK.
I can give at the settings charging limit at 80 or lower, but that's not the solution
