When I enter a starting time in the web app (using the settings cog-wheel for the starting point), the time is not accepted. It seems to default to 9am for future dates.

I just tried to plan a route with a start time and it works for me. Which ABRP variant do you use? Can you describe what you do to configure a start time? Maybe also attach screenshots or a video so we can better see what you mean.
