How do I reset removed chargers for a planned trip? How do I see the removed chargers? Is there an undo for this?

If you have set it to avoid for just this trip the chargers will show again if you clear the plan and make a new one. If you set it to avoid for all trips you will find it in Settings -> Chargers & Network -> Chargers to avoid.
