I just checked the web version of ABRP on the Android 14 phone. In this case, the sharing with Google Maps works well, but not from the ABRP app.

And sharing to Google Maps worked fine on this Android 14 device until the latest ABRP update.

No, it's a private phone. My other phone on Android 13 does not show this error.

Thank you for reporting. Are you possibly using the Android Work Profile? It may be that you don't have permissions on the phone if using this.
