Settings disappears after scrolling to the bottom. Scrollbars are too narrow to select.

1. Click on Settings
2. Drag the very narrow, slightly gray scrollbar down with the left mouse button
3. The Settings menu immediately collapses to the left and disappears. Unless the mouse is absolutely stationary when releasing the left mouse button, it is impossible to change settings near the bottom of the dialog.
