The app an site are not recognizing when seasonal roads become OPEN. For example try to go to Yosemite from Lee Vining, CA.

Do you mean a closed road that'll be opened in the future or a road that has been opened and is accessible now?

The bigger roads with snow in winter, but open for the summer. Best example is going to from Lee Vining to Yosemite Valley in California.
