Saved plan keeps losing L2 charging

I saved a plan, and reloaded it. After reload, one of the L2 overnight charges was no longer working. I fixed this, resaved the plan. Reloaded the next day, charging lost again. A closer look shows two missing L2s.

I load the (saved with incorrect charging) plan, fix the Holbrook AZ and Burley ID sites, plan runs as desired.
I then save the plan.
I clear the plan. Close the tab, open a new window. Load a different plan. Clear again.
I then rename the newly saved plan.
I then load the saved version of the newly plan.
Darn, it works. Tried multiple computers/OSs. It didn't work last week, but now I can't get it to fail.
Set to "can't reproduce".

Hi Phil,
Is it just this one waypoint this happens to? In your screenshot (and in the linked plan) the kW value appears to be missing. If you fill this out does the charging time still disappear?
