Routing on cycleway used to access properties

Many cycleways may also have a motor_vehicle=destination or motor_vehicle=yes to allow routing on roads mainly for biking and walking. This is not working in ABRP to access homes via such roads.

Yes that is perfect.
We have been debating in the Norwegian OSM community to change the value from "destination" to "yes", because "destination" implies no through traffic, which this technically is.

We will fix this in May timeframe when we are releasing a new routing component.
