Tried to use the app to route me from Paris to near Birmingham UK when booked on the Eurotunnel. Despite putting a waypoint as Eurotunnel, the app was taking me via the Ferry - no problem, i'll get to Eurotunnel and ask it to calculate a route from there. Nope, sitting in the queue for Eurotunnel, it took me OUT of the queue and routed me to Calais to get a ferry to the UK, changing the timing, routing / charging required, this is despite me trying to force it a specific route. THere is no option to exclude Ferries, only combined Ferries / Motorail. Have cancelled subscription and requested a refund as it didnt do what I needed it to.
