Route progress

When I enter my entire route that involves half a dozen or more charges, the route planner doesn't update my progress and I have to reset the route every time. This defeats the purpose of having paid in full for an app that only helps you plan but doesn't accurately keep up with the progress, I kinda want my money back.

Hi Arial,

we can only update the route automatically based on SoC changes, if we get live data from the car. If not you can manually adjust the SoC by clicking on the +- icons in the navigation panel.
